- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely and include the RA number. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate the return process as described above and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We may request photos of the damage for our records. If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
